Yogurt heaven

So I just rediscovered one of my favorites... 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein, your favorite fruit (I use frozen and just thaw about 1/2 a cup) then 1/4 c. grapenuts. Let it sit overnight and it is the most delicious treat you will have :) It would be perfect post workout or as your morning snack. Enjoy your day!
